Restaurant “Ginza TSURU” is newly opened in July, 2018 to serve the fascinating dishes of Gunma prefecture.
“Ginza TSURU” was named after the "Jomo Karuta", a Japanese traditional card game. In this card game, it is said that "Gunma prefecture is in the shape of a crane (tsuru)". The biggest attraction of the restaurant is cuisine that showcases the Gunma brand. It offers cooking with selected Gunma delicacies such as high -grade rainbow trout “Ginhikari”, prefecture-made rice, konnyaku and Shimonita green onion, with main dishes of Joshu Wagyu Beef and Joshu Mugibuta Pork.
In addition, all the menu has been prepared under the supervision of "Kyoto Kiccho", one of the most stylish Japanese restaurants, while the food is cooked by chefs from Gunma, who know every technique for cooking local treats.
Please visit and enjoy the finest cuisine using Gunma’s seasonal prefecture food.
